Refund Policy

1. No Refund Rule

We do not give refunds for:

  • Monthly service fees

  • Setup fees

  • Ads Management fees

  • Creative & video charges

2. Why No Refund

Because:

  • Digital ads spend is non-reversible

  • Time, team work, and resources are already used

  • Meta/Google do not refund ad spend

  • Leads depend on market conditions

3. Ads Budget Refund

If budget is unspent inside Meta or Google, the platform (not us) may return it to your ad account — not to us.


PAGE 5 — Service Policy

1. Service Start

Service starts after first payment.

2. Lock-in

Minimum lock-in is 1 month.

3. Deliverables

We give:

  • Ads setup

  • Lead generation

  • Daily/weekly optimisation

  • Reports

  • Basic landing page

  • Basic creative & ad copy

4. Client Responsibility

You must give:

  • RERA number

  • Project details

  • Photos, videos

  • Budget

  • Sales team phone numbers

  • Access to ad account

5. Sales Follow-up

We do not follow up with leads.
Your sales team must do that.

6. Technical Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Facebook/Google account ban

  • Pixel break

  • Hosting/server downtime

  • Whatsapp API issues

  • CRM issues
